PM Modi says Jharkhand needs stable govt at Dumka,Barhait

Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi campaigned in Dumka and Barhait in Jharkhand and made a strong pitch to the people of Jharkhand to elect a stable Government. “One of the problems Jharkhand faces is unstable Governments. Few people come together and then they all ask for their share. To prevent this loot Jharkhand needs a stable Government,” he affirmed.

The Prime Minister assured the people of Jharkhand, “I have come here to tell you that India’s welfare lies in your welfare.” He added that Jharkhand has enough coal to power the Nation yet the State is in darkness. He stressed on the need to change that. He also listed the BJP’s development vision for the State and the youth.

Modi came down heavily on the State Government in Jharkhand, saying that it was essential to give the father and son a break. “They could not give you roads, electricity, water, education and healthcare. So what were they doing?” he asked. He also highlighted the Congress’ lack of concern towards the tribal communities, saying that it was Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee who created a separate Ministry for tribal communities, allotted a separate budget and appointed a minister.
