Surat International Airport finally will have air connectivity on International sector between Surat to Sarjah. Long waiting for passengers from Surat is over now.
Towards this Air India has started making bookings, was informed by Surat MLA SR Patil.
Due to nearby highrise building there were issues in getting approval for air connectivity from Surat.
On 30th January, Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi would flag off at 1:30 pm the first international from Surat to Sarjah and make internation flights operation from Surat International Airport.
He would launch projects worth Rs 350 crores in Surat.
