New Delhi, December 3, 2025 — The Government of India has renamed the new complex housing the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) as Seva Teerth, in a symbolic move signalling a shift from “power” to “service.”
The new facility — previously referred to as the “Executive Enclave” under the Central Vista Redevelopment Project — will serve as the headquarters for the PMO, along with several other top government offices: namely, the Cabinet Secretariat, National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS), and “India House,” which will host high-level meetings with visiting dignitaries.
The shift is part of efforts to reorganize and modernize the administrative apparatus, enabling better coordination and streamlined governance under one integrated complex rather than scattered offices.
