Ahmedabad, 05th May, 2021: These are trying times for everyone as we all face the second wave of Covid-19. With a view to spread the message of hope, Kalorex Group launched and conducted a three-day campaign, #PrayerOfHope on social media.
The campaign was aimed at giving hope to people and inspiring them to stay motivated and strong in such unprecedented times. As part of the initiative, the management, heads and staff members of Kalorex Group reached out to people on social media urging them to either sing their favourite prayer of hope or share a song that people fall back on, whenever they feel low. The idea was to tag more friends, family and acquaintances on social media platforms namely Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and encourage them to share a piece of music be it a hymn, a prayer, a chant or just another song that one turns to, to heal.
The campaign reached some 2.7 lakh persons on twitter, 1.65 lakh on Facebook and an estimated 16,000 on Instagram. This makes #PrayerOfHope campaign reach roughly 4.51 lakh people through the social media campaign.
All projects of the group including DPS Bopal, Visamo, Prerna, Calorx Public Schools’ from Ghatlodia – Ahmedabad, Mundra, Rajula & Bharuch participated wholeheartedly to spread the message of hope.
“Never before has the mankind seen a catastrophe that has wrecked lives at such a scale. It has indeed left many families and each one in heart-wrenching pain amid the growing uncertainty. As this pandemic devastates the world, people are coming together to help each other by providing medical support, to cheer every survivor and hail every Covid warrior. In such times, only hope can get us going and keep us motivated to tackle our individual situations, one day at a time. Nothing works like prayer to build hope. And therefore, the campaign, #prayerofhope was launched. We are indeed overwhelmed with the reach and support each one has given us and we hope the chain of standing by one another and give one another hope continues through this pandemic and beyond,” said Mr. Unmesh Dixit, Kalorex Group spokesperson.
