Today in Ahmedabad, one Preceding Officer Bhatt Dushyantbhai dies of heart attack during election training at BJ Medical college for Asarwa seat of Lok Sabha elections 2019.
The officer belonged to Postal Department who died of attack during Election duty. He suffered chest pain before his death, his colleagues at the training called 108 Ambulance but doctor of 108 Ambulance declared him dead, as the attack was very severe.
Officer Bhatt got attack after climbing stairs. Ex-gratia payment of Rs 10 lakhs has been announced as an aid to family of victim by government.
It is learnt that many sick people are getting Election related training due to pressure on them.
Team of Election and Postal Department has rushed to the spot and trying to find out the reason of tragedy.
