Today in a very shocking incident, Rajkot lady school principal cut down hair of girl students Refusing to tie 2 hair bands.
The incident happened with 15 girl students in Corporation School number 1 located at Kotharia area. Hair of two girl students were forcefully cut by holding their hands tight. Two girl students had gone to toilet and parents blame of cutting their hair by school principal. Parents blamed the incident to Primary School Committee of cutting hair of 15 girl students. Parents blame on school principal Hetalben Pariya. Parents in big group rushed to the school and made ruckus after the incident of forcible hair cut.
Parent Sayiraben complained of forcible hair cut, however primary school committee officer Sanjay Dodiya said of hair cut of two girl students. School principal has given written apology to the committee and parents.
Lady prinicipal clarified that there is a rule of two haid bands, which was violated by girl students.

Primary school committee chairman Narendrasinh Thakor has stated that no one has right to take law in their hands. People responsible for the incident will not be spared and punitive action will be taken against them.
Decision on suspension of school principal will be taken later. Parents were also advised to follow rules laid down by school management.
It is also learnt that little hair of 2 girls were only cut in school as a punishment . More hair were cut by girls themselves at home.
