The President of Rajkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) Samir Shah and two police officers were booked for allegedly kidnapping and beating to death an employee Dinesh Daxini of his oil mill in the city. Dinesh an employee of Shah’s oil mill- Shree Rajmoti Industries – allegedly fell down while he was being questioned in Bedipara police post late on Monday evening. He was rushed to PDU General Hospital in the city where he died during treatment at 11:18 pm on Monday. As per the police reports, accused Samir Shah is absconding and the further investigation is on.Rajkot Police Commissioner and SP level of officer is investigating the case.
Today ACP Banno Joshi said that accused shah has gone underground but he will declared as absconder, as per sources.
