In Gujarat, at Sachin near Surat, 4 year old daughter of Pandesara resident was raped in the night by 48 year resident on the birthday of birth day girl. Father of victim girl on her 5th birthday had invited his native UP people, friends staying in Surat and working in looms factory. on the night of birthday Mahendra Singh Thakur had sleeped in girl’s house. Mahendra is working as store keeper in a factory at Palsana. In the night Mahendra raped girl by pressing her mouth. In the morning girl complained about the incident and her parents were shocked. Girl’s mother lodged complaint in Sachin GIDC. Rapist was arrested by Police. Rapsit Mahendra Singh is married and has children also.
