On 8th March, An ancient temple in Rakhial area of Ahmedabad city also known as Jay Chakudia Mahadev. In the Mahadev temple, on the occasion of Shivratri Parva at 4:00 am Maha Aarti and abhishek of milk along with Bili Patra to Bholenath. On the auspicious day, Akhand Dhun and darshan of Mahadev made up of ice are taken by devotees.
Mahapuja will begin which will continue till night four in the morning. On the second day Parna of lord is done. On the occasion of this pious day, devotees get darshan of Mahadev, Shree Mahakali Mata, Baliyadev, Sainath Baba, Hanuman Dada, Padeshwar Dada, and also darshan of Radhakrishna Bhagwan and Ram Darbar as well as Kevat Patha Bar Jyotirlinga and Rishikesh Dada.
