Today Supreme Court comprising a bench of justice TS Thakur and Justice AK Sikri accepted plea of fixed wages employees and issued verbal order to hold hearing on Feb 02.
On a plea from Bihar’s Fix wages employees to issue verdict along with Gujarat fix wages plea on equal pay. Supreme Court observed that in stay by Gujarat High Court on 2011 fix wages case how it can be clubbed with case of Bihar state? The Yogkshem foundation for human dignity had made arguments and requested to hold hearing on priority. Therefore in the evening, hearing in Supreme Court registry has been kept on Jan 08. Fix wages workers of Gujarat were delighted with the decision of Supreme Court.
