Surat: causeway connecting Rander and Katargaam closed down

After heavy rain in south Guarat today in Surat, causeway connecting Rander and Katargaam was closed down.

Water level rose by 6.08 meter and it reached to 6.00 meter at Kakrapar due to water influx in catchment area.

Water level of causeway rose with release of 1,100 cusec of water.
