Today in Surat, in Varachha Police Station area, one aged man was booked for sexual harassment to a 10 year old girl. The accused guy was booked after lot of pressure from media to take the complaint. Accused was boasting of his release within 20 minutes. CK Patel, PI is investigating the matter. The accused has been booked under section IPC 354 and POSCO charges (The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act), as per sources.
