This winter favourite boosts body warmth and immunity. Made with jaggery alternatives or dates instead of sugar, sesame and peanuts provide powerful calcium, protein and healthy fats—ideal for energy and bone strength.
Ingredients:
- Roasted peanuts – 1 cup
- Roasted sesame seeds – ½ cup
- Seedless dates – 1 cup (paste)
- Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Method:
- Grind peanuts coarsely.
- Mix with sesame seeds.
- Add warm dates paste & cardamom; knead well.
- Roll into ladoos.
- Store in airtight jar.
