Today UPA’s presidential nominee Meira Kumar paid respects and took blessings of Mahatma Gandhiji at Sabarmati Ashram, Ahmedabad. She started her Presidential campaign from Ahmedabad.
She also paid respects and took blessings of Sardar Patel at Sardar Patel National Memorial in Shahibaug.
She was extended warm welcome by Gujarat Congress Incharge Ashok Gehlot, Gujarat Congress President Bharatsinh Solanki, Shankersinh Vaghela, Arjun Modhwadia, Siddharth Patel, Shaktisinh Gohil, Chetan Raval and other partymen at GPCC office.
She was honored with a showel and given flower bouquet by partymen.
