Today VHP Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Karni Sena and Bajrang Dal workers protested against Bollywood movie Paathan at Alpha One Mall at iMax theatre near Vastrapur Lake in Ahmedabad city. Protestors damaged pictures of Shah Rukh Khan and other star cast of the movie. If the movie is released, they warned more fierce agitation. On the occasion other people were also present in the mall who were scared by the entire event.
Protest against Paathan movie started from Ahmedabad and now police is investigating whole matter based on the video. On the other hand, this type of program was also held earlier. Now protest of Paathan movie has started from Ahmedabad and there is a possibility of protest to be in other places too. After video of the incident that happened today, an investigation will also be conducted by the police officer.
