Today Gujarat chief minister Vijay Rupani held a press conference in Gandhinagar with Mayor , Commissioner and Standing Committee Chairman using Video Conferencing during lockdown situation due to Coronavirus outbreak in India.
Municipal Corporation representatives from Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot and others attended the video conference. Corporations with more Coronavirus cases were invited in meeting by state CM.

Respective Municipal Corporation to arrange for home delivery of essential goods including vegetable and food grain avoiding large gathering of people.
More and more people to use communication means of Aarogya Setu App developed by Gujarat government and become proactive on their health aspect.
CN Rupani told representatives that maximum people to take benefit of Mobile clinic and lengthy discussion on survillance, quarantine and sanitization was held. He instructed authorities to firmly deal with the incidents of attack on police and medical staff during lockdown.
He also preferred food arrangements for laborer, aged and helpless be done by corporations instead of NGOs.
