14 years old minor girl raped in Bet Dwarka

In Devbhumi Dwarka, incident of rape on a muslim girl of Bet Dwarka has come up. Minor girl was 14 years of age.

Accused Sajid Satar Samp resident of Balapar of Bet Dwarka had trapped the victim girl in love and called her on Saturday night to meet him. Accused had called the girl at isolated place on pretext of some work around 11 pm and had raped her. Sajid allowed her to go after threatening the girl to kill her brother, if she will tell about the rape. Victim girl then was very frightened.

Victim’s mother has filed a case in Marine police station, where complaint of rape under IPC section 376 and 506(2) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act 4,12 has been lodged.

Girl has been sent for medical check-up.

Police has started to work in direction of arresting the accused.
