Today Gujarat DGP Director General of Police Ashish Bhatia held a Press Conference.
DGP said that Appeals were made to people to follow government guidelines on Covid-19 as a self compliance in social gatherings as a precautionary measure including wearing face masks and wedding occasions.
Last week, 3996 weddings were checked, 42 cases were registered for not wearing a mask and 11 offenses were registered for violating government guidelines. Last week, a total of 3830 offenses of breach of declaration were registered.
