Rahul Gandhi Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha will visit Gujarat on March 7 and 8, exactly a month ahead of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) session scheduled to be held in Gujarat after 64 years. Gandhi is expected to plan the party’s strategy for the 2027 Gujarat Assembly elections in the state,in an official statement made by state party spokesman Manish Doshi. He addressed a press conference in Ahmedabad today.
Gandhi is expected to participate in the party’s political affairs committee meeting and meet the current and former leaders and MLAs of the party in the state, meet office bearers of Cell department as well as address party workers. He will work on deliberations pertaining to 2027 assembly elections.
