Special Liver Health Awareness Program with Fusion Starters Masterclass by Aayna Cookery Club Group

8 May 2026 Ahmedabad : A special Liver Health Awareness Program with a Fusion Starters Masterclass organized by Aayna Cookery Club Group. A unique blend of women’s health awareness and delicious healthy fusion cuisine was witnessed in Ahmedabad, where the Aayna Cookery Club Group organized a grand “Indian Fusion Starters Masterclass” on May 8 at Sopariwala’s – The Global Fusion, Ahmedabad.

Around 80 to 100 women enthusiastically participated in the event. Bella Maniyar, founder of the Aayna Group, said, “Our main objective is to empower women by connecting them with food events and various workshops. We want every woman not only to learn delicious recipes but also to be inspired towards a healthier lifestyle.” The main attraction of the masterclass was Executive Chef Pradeep Bhatt and his chef team, who presented amazing starters by adding a modern healthy twist to traditional Indian flavors.

The dishes included Dahi ke Shole served with chole hummus and mint chutney, Makhmali Paneer Roll with Khumani Chur Chur Naan and Bhut Jolokia yogurt combination, and Broccoli Almond Kebab served with Satpadi Roti. In addition, innovative fusion dishes such as Soft Roti Tacos with mint mayo and pineapple chutney, Avocado Papdi Chaat with avocado mousse and sweet chutney caviar, and finally Paan Rabdi Malpua Crumble were demonstrated.

Each dish was also served for tasting along with its special dips, creating a delightful culinary experience. As part of the upcoming Mother’s Day celebrations, a special seminar on liver health was also organized in collaboration with Zydus Hospital.

Dr. Tejas Modi provided detailed insights into the importance of mindful food choices and regular checkups for protecting liver health in today’s changing lifestyle. Manjari Joshi was specially present at the event. The event, which concluded with tasting sessions of every dish and a high tea, successfully spread awareness in the city about healthy eating habits and women’s health.
