Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Authorities have finalized extensive preparations for the upcoming RE-NEET examination, ensuring a secure and smooth conduct of the test across the state. As part of the readiness assessment, mock drills were carried out nationwide to evaluate the transportation, storage, and handling of question papers and other examination materials.
In Ahmedabad, a total of 23 examination centres have been designated for the exam. Across Gujarat, nearly 77,000 candidates are expected to appear for the test, making it one of the largest competitive examinations in the state.
Officials have implemented a range of enhanced security measures in line with guidelines issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA). These include biometric verification of candidates, deployment of drones for surveillance, and strengthened monitoring of traffic around examination venues.
Authorities stated that the mock exercises helped assess coordination among various departments and ensured that all logistical arrangements are in place before the examination day. Special attention has been given to maintaining the integrity of the examination process and preventing any irregularities.
With preparations complete, officials expressed confidence that the RE-NEET examination will be conducted in a fair, transparent, and secure manner.
