Today in Ahmedabad, during a function of Sindhi new year Cheti Chand festival, in a procession where devotees were chaning slogans of lord Jhulelal and carrying a Jyot were pushed by a DCP.
People of Sindhi community was emotionally hurt with the incident. About 500 to 800 people had gone to SP Superintendent Office to lodge a complaint to this effect. Complaint against PI Police Inspctor Rathod was taken.
People demand justice in the case.
