AMTS to launch JanMitra Card for students from 1st April

AMTS Ahmedabad Municipal Transport Service a public bus service in Ahmedabad has announced to discontinue Monthly Bus Pass issued to students. Instead AMTS would launch pre-paid quarterly JanMitra Card for ticketing in AMTS bus for students. The card would be linked with Aadhar card. No old cards would be renewed clarified AMTS management.

A per informaion, AMTS would issue ICICI’s smart JanMitra Card starting from 1st April. The cards would be issued from Lal Darwaja, Vadaj and Sarangpur bus terminals. Every card would be issued after accepting a fresh form.
