Anand: Conspiracy to install spy camera in collector’s cabin exposed. Three people including lady ADM Ketki Vyas, Deputy Tehsil Officer JD Patel were arrested. It was revealed during strict interrogation of all three. Third accused, Haresh Chavda, is a private person. He is accused of arranging prostitute to buying of spy cameras. During last March to May, cameras were installed at both the places. It is believed that in processing of files collector has been victimized. Girl caught on camera with the collector is still a mystery. Lady ADM conspired to trap the collector. In the absence of collector, a Plug Camera was installed in his cabin. Prostitute was also sent to cabin twice to trap the collector. However, success came after a few attempts.
In January this year, the collector was caught doing obscene acts in spy cameras. The collector was immediately suspended after this video went viral. FIR is being registered after the conspiracy was busted. Arrest will happen after FIR.
