In the case of which 2 patients died in forceful Angiography and Angioplasty without any need at Khyati Multi Specialty Hospital of Ahmedabad. The Court has rejected bail plea filed by Dr. Sanjay Patoliya and Director Chirag Rajput after the Charge Sheet was filed by police. Along with this, the court noted in the verdict that Accused have a Role in the entire case and there are statements of witnesses. Therefore Bail should not be granted.
It is noteworthy that Public Prosecutor argued that both have an Active Role in the crime therefore Bail should not be granted. After filing the Charge Sheet, Dr. Sanjay Patoliya and Chirag Rajput applied for the Bail. In the plea it was submitted that we have No Role, we have been Falsely Implicated, the police have investigated and filed a Charge Sheet, thus the investigation has also been completed and the Court has the power to Grant Bail and if the Court Grants Bail, we are ready to Comply with all the Conditions, hence the Bail should be released.
