Bitcoin Extortion case: Stage prepared to arrest Nalin Kotadiya by CID

Today in Bitcoin Extortion case, CID files plea in the court to get arrest warrant against Nalin Kotadia.
CID has recorded statement of wife of BJP MLA Nalin Kotadiya and wife of his brother-in-law.  Investigating agency has been hunting for Kotadiya at 25 places including Ahmedabad, Surat and Amreli.

Till now 2 warrants against Kotadiya were issued. He sought extension from CID by writing a letter to them and expressed fear to his life. Even after extended time, neither he nor his representative has appeared before CID. Stage for arrest of Kotadiya is being prepared by CID.

It is believed that Kotadiya is out of Gujarat for last 10 days with his driver.

CID has started interrogating Kirit Paladiya who is in police custody for 4 more days. 119 bit coins were recovered and transaction of sale of 23 remaining bit coins could be resolved.
