Illegal 5 storey building on SG Highway demolished by AMC
Today in Ahmedabad, one 5 storey building with iron gudder was demolished by AMC Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation team.
Actually, the said building opposite to Pakwan Restaurant on SG Highway belonged to son of BJP MLA who is not present in Gujarat.
The building was stuck in controversy from begining as it had permission to build upto ground level and on top of it 5 floor were erected taking advantage of political advantage of MLA position by the builder.
AMC Standing Committee Chairman Pravin Patel said that AMC Commissioner after checking the permission ordered to initiate demolition activity.
