Today, Gujarat’s Chief Minister Anandiben Patel will lay the foundation stone of the Honda Motorcycle and Scooters India Ltd new plant at Vitthalapur near Mandal in Ahmedabad district. Gujarat’s Finance and Energy Minister Saurabh Patel will be the Chief Guest at the function. State Government had earlier entered into an Agreement with the company. The plant being set up a cost of Rs.1,100 crores is expected to provide jobs to 2,000 youth from Gujarat.
