Today BJP Bharatiya Janta Party Gujarat has announced names of 39 new district presidents and city presidents of the state ahead of the state assembly by-elections in Gujarat. After becoming state president of the Bharatiya Janata Party, this is the first major appointment by Patil.
The presidents of these districts have been replaced with cities like Ahmedabad district, Surat city district, Vadodara city district, Rajkot city district, Bhavnagar city district, Jamnagar, Junagadh, etc. However, approximately 95 percent new presidents have been replaced.
