Five accused produced before Judge in Lokrakshak Dal paper leak case

Today five accused of Lokrakshak Dal paper leak were arrested including Rupal Sharma.

Paper leak was a preplanned conspiracy and Rupal was in touch with Wireless PSI PV Patel and Mukesh Chaudhary.

More facts and modes operandi of accused was revealed during priliminary investigation.

To check the sanctity of leaked question paper Rupal had sent question paper through WhatsApp to PSI Bharat Borana and later Borana informed Vikas Sahay Chairman of Lokrakshak Recruitment Board.

Entire matter came to notice of Chairman Sahay and who took decision to cancel the exam in interest of lakhs of innocent and honest candidates.

Yashpalsinh wanted to sell paper for Rs 5 lakhs to candidates and Manhar Patel would have earned more profit from leak question paper, if it would have been in their hands earlier.

Mukesh Chaudhary received hand written answer sheet by a person named Jayesh.

Five accused were presented before Judge PV Joshi at his residence and police demanded for remand of 6 to 8 days from the Judge.
