In wake of covid-19 outbreak in India, in an important decision by Ahmedabad Ganesh Mahotsav this year Ganesh Festival wil be celebrated in a simple manner. It is appealed to all Ganesh Mandal to have only one person to offer prayers in Pandal. Also, use of eco friendly Ganesh Idol made up of mitti is prescribed.
In Ahmedabad, there are more than 20,000 Covid-19 cases with death toll 1400 plus.
