Green initiative by AMC for Ahmedabad and Gujarat

Today morning in Ahmedabad city, Removal of Pirana dumpsite has started.
Henceforth, no waste would be dumped in future at old garbage dumping site.
AMC Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation team of officials and town planners led by AMC Commissioner Vijay Nehra reviewed the progress on the WTE Plant being constructed near Pirana.

This 1000 tons per day TPD plant will be ready by end of 2020 and will produce 11 MW of electricity.1000 TDP of waste would be used by generation of electricity.
It would be green initiative by AMC for Ahmedabad and Gujarat.
The project would be jointly executed by AMC and Abellon Clean Energy.
