Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani took first dose of Corona vaccine

Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani today took first dose of Corona vaccine in Gandhinagar. In the ongoing vaccination program for persons above 45 years of age in state and for all persons above 18 years of age starting from 1st May, appealed Chief Minister. So they are also appealing for vaccination as per the doctor’s advice.

Talking to media after getting Corona vaccine, Chief Minister said that vaccine is the only weapon to prevent from Corona, which is currently available for people above 45 years of age in state and from May 1, 2021 to all youth above 18 years will also be eligible to get the vaccine. Hundreds of youths-citizens were requested to be vaccinated in the immunization program to be started. He added that in the current scenario, the second infection is more widespread and as the infection spreads faster, the vaccine will prove to be an invaluable weapon, so all citizens above 45 years of age and those who have had corona should also take both doses of the vaccine as advised by the doctor.
As per the announcement made by the Central Government to vaccinate the youth above 18 years from May 1, 2021, the Gujarat Government has made complete arrangements in this regard in advance. Therefore it is very important that youth also get vaccinated he added.
