Gujarat High Court defers verdict on Zakia Jafri’s plea

Today in Ahmedabad, Gulberg Society massacre case of 28 February 2002 Gujarat High Court defers verdict on Zakia Jafri‘s plea till Oct 5.

Former Congress MP Ehsan Jafri,  was killed in the incident. The case was filed by Ehsan’s wife Zakia Jafri and his son Tanveer Jafri to get justice and strict punishment to culprits.

The incident took place on 28 February 2002. 39 people were killed in the incident and 30 people were missing. Ex Congress MP Ehsan Jafri, who was killed in the incident. The case was filed by Ehsan’s wife Zakia Jafri and his son Tanveer Jafri to get justice and strict punishment to culprits. Jakia and Tanveer are very hopeful to get justice in a 15 year long legal battle.
