Ahmedabad, June 25, 2026: Taking forward its 52 Weeks, 52 Sundays initiative, ITC Narmada, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Ahmedabad, is all set to take its patrons to the Himalayan foothills not literally but figuratively through its melange of flavours. ITC Narmada will host a specially-curated Himachali Brunch at its signature all-day diner restaurant, Adalaj Pavilion on Sunday – June 28.

Inspired by the culinary traditions of Himachal Pradesh, the themed brunch will offer patrons an opportunity to experience authentic recipes from the hill state. Himachali cuisine, also known as Pahadi cuisine, is influenced by the region’s mountainous terrain, cold climate and often brings a beautiful blend of Punjabi and Tibetan culinary traditions. The cuisine is characterised by nutritious spreads, rich yoghurt and ghee-based gravies, and hearty breads that have been perfected over generations.
A key inspiration behind the specially-curated brunch menu is the famed Dham Feast, a grand traditional meal served during weddings, festivals and other celebrations across Himachal Pradesh. Traditionally served on leaf plates, the Dham features a sequence of dishes such as Rajma, Dal, Khatta — a tangy tamarind-based preparation — and Madra, a signature dish of chickpeas simmered in a spiced yoghurt gravy. The elaborate feast is prepared by specially trained traditional cooks, who have preserved the culinary legacy of the region for generations.
Curated by the culinary experts at ITC Kitchens, the elaborate spread will feature a range of authentic vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies. Guests can savour traditional preparations such as Chane Ki Dal, Mah Ki Dal, White Chana Madra, Kale Chane Ka Maani, Kangri Soya Chaap and Madiyali Mattar Paneer. The non-vegetarian offerings will include Pahadi Meat Masala, Jungli Murgh Curry and Palak Fish Curry, complemented by regional breads such as Babru and freshly prepared Tandoori Roti.
The offerings will also include White Chawal, Metha Bhat and Chicken Biryani, while desserts such as Boondi Mitha, Sooji Ka Seera and Malai Burfi will provide a sweet conclusion to the culinary journey.
“The 52 Weeks – 52 Sundays initiative of ITC Narmada, designed to bring diverse culinary traditions from across India and the world to our guests in Ahmedabad.
