Ahmedabad, April 24, 2026: Students from Prin MC Shah Commerce College secured first rank at the ‘Byte Hunt’ competition held under Lakshya 2.0 at LD College of Engineering recently, outperforming teams from over 30 colleges.
The event saw participation from more than 35 teams representing 30+ colleges. Despite the intense competition, students of Prin MC Shah Commerce College demonstrated exceptional skills and teamwork.
The three-member team, namely Unnati Tapodhan, Harshrajsinh Solanki and Vishwa Patel, advanced through six preliminary rounds of the Byte Hunt Competition to reach the top five, before winning all subsequent rounds. In a tied final, they clinched victory in the tiebreaker, completing the task in 9 minutes 51 seconds against 26 minutes 40 seconds by the competing team.
The college also participated in ‘Pitch the Idea’, where Unnati Tapodhan and Harshrajsinh Rathod earned praise for innovation and presentation.
The team was mentored by Dr Hetal Doshi and Dr Beena Patel, under the guidance of Dr ND Shah.
