Today morning Gaurakshaks of Gujarat have given a call for Rajkot Bandh tomorrow. About 8 people calling themselves as ‘Gau Bhakta’ have attempted suicide in Rajkot demanding that Cow should be declared as ‘national animal’ and a strong law should be enacted to protect holy cows. 8 people of ‘Gau Raksha Ekta Samiti’ consumed poisonous used for cotton crop at Rajkot Collectorate’s office demanding that cow should be made national animal. 8 people consumed pesticide used in cotton crop were rushed to hospital, as per sources.
