In Ahmedabad, in a judgement on bail application in Sadiq Jamal fake encounter case in J G Parmar and I A Saiyaad  were granted bail by Gujarat High Court. They have been granted bail on a bond of Rs 1 lakh. High court Justice Z  K Saiyadna has granted bail.

Bail was garnted on the conditions on depositing passport and will not tamper with the evidence.
