Shivalik Group announces launch of ‘S&H Constructions’
A Joint Venture with Hetu Construction

Shivalik Group and Hetu Construction Pvt. Ltd announced a joint venture to form S&H Construction today in Ahmedabad. The two iconic leaders in the real estate and construction fields respectively will now work together to take the construction business to a new level, aiming at excellent quality with finely finished construction, completed well within the stipulated timeline.
While it is expected that by 2025 India will be adding 11.5 million new homes each year, it will make India a $1 trillion a year construction market. It is estimated that by 2025, India, USA, and China will contribute 60% of all the global growth in the construction sector.
