In Surat city, in a hit and run case on Varachha road, Varachha police arrested car driver Bharat Patel. Bharat yesterday knocked down one 4 year old girl who was walking on the road with her 6 year old sister by dashing her from behind. The victim girl was killed in a car accident.
Based on CCTV footage from nearby shop of the accident site, Bharat Patel accused was identified riding a red colored car.
