In city of Surat, health department has been running due to outbreak of diseases. In July, 12 people, including 7 girls died of Gastroenteritis and Malaria. In last 15 days, more than 329 cases of Diarrhea, Gastroenteritis and Malaria have been reported. Last year in the month of July, as many as 100 cases of Diarrhea, Gastroenteritis and Malaria were registered. This year Udhana Zone-A and Zone B have recorded maximum number of Diarrhea, Gastroenteritis and Malaria cases.
