Ahmedabad BMW Hit and Run case at Vastrapur of Vismay Shah takes new twist, with two out of five panch giving conflicting statements. One panch claims of not seeing Vismay during Identification parade. Other panch says of not seeing Police collecting blood samples. however, winesses will be cross examined for which they have been summoned again.
Three witnesses, Ashok Thakor, Suresh Trivedi and Jayanti Parmar, appeared before court, while Jitu Nai gave the hearing a miss. Taking note of his absence, Judge PM Patel issued a warrant against him and ordered him to be presented before court on next hearing scheduled on July 12.
