Gujarat to launch week long drive from 3rd Jan 2022 to inoculate 15-18 age group against COVID-19 informed state health minister Rushikesh Patel. Vaccination drive will continue till 9th January 2022. A special vaccination room has been setup and registration process for getting vaccine has started.
300 team will carry out vaccination in children between 15 to 18 years starting from tomorrow. Vaccination drive to start in 306 schools of Ahmedabad district.
Arrangement to cope up with rush to students and those students who cannot come to school can get vaccination at their home, provision is made to handle emergency if some student feels uncomfortable after vaccine in the health centre by medical team.
