Today in a Gujarat government’s big decision, a bill will be tabled in Budget Session of Gujarat Assembly to make Gujarati language compulsory. Gujarati will have to be taught compulsorily in class 1 to 8.
State government’s decision came after Gujarat High Court’s directive to penalize schools that do not comply with state government norms on the Gujarati language said Spokesperson and Minister Rushikesh Patel.
