In murder incident took place 5 months ago in Kapalgha village in Sachin area of Surat after a rape with 2-years-old children.
In the incident, Surat Sessions Court has sentenced death penalty to rape accused. In Surat, On February 27, 2023 rape case , the Surat Sessions Court has sentenced death penalty for raping and killing a 2-years-old girl in Sachin area. In Sachin area of Surat city, the accused Ismail Yusuf raped small girl after watching porn videos on internet. Not only that, the police also found a video on how to kill children from mobile phone of accused. “It is not proper to have mercy on a person who has not spared a 2 years old innocent girl. Even the family members have not told that the house is running with his earnings and this person has committed heinous crime with small child. Therefore the case falls in the Rarest of Rare category. The court has also ordered to pay a compensation of Rs 10 lakhs to victim family informed Nayan Sukhdwala, Public Prosecutor.
There were biting signs of girls’s stomachs and other parts of the body. Arguments were made by Public Prosecutor for death penalty for the heinous act and court accepted the arguments of Sukhdwala and verdict of death panlty was pronounced by the court.
A two-years-old girl of a labour-class family living in Sachin area of Surat was missing five months ago on 27 February 2023. Ismail Yusuf, a young boy living in the neighborhood of the labour -class family, took the girl with him to play. Victim family when could not locate both of them and informed police about it. Surat police started investigation in the whole case, it was found that the accused Yusuf took her to a thicket near neighbor’s house and raped her. He even bite on stomach of girl and there were wound marks on girl’s body .
Small girl labour family of Kapletha village in Sachin area of Surat city was often taken to play by 23-years-old Yusuf, who lived in his neighborhood. On February 27, he also took the girl to play. But the girl did not return home again. Because of this, family started searching for the girl. Yusuf lived in the neighborhood so he was faithful and no one knew that he could do such heinous act like rape and murder. The accused was working as a laborer in a bricks kiln.
Surat police team searched surrounding area for the girl and in neighborhood of Yusuf. Body of the girl was found in the thicket near Kapletha village. The marks of bite many others were also found on girl’s body and police arrested the accused in the case in no time. During the investigation, the police found many porn videos from the mobile phone of accused Yusuf. A charge sheet was filed against the accused within 11 days on the basis of DNA and scientific evidence of heinous crime. The verdict pronounced today after 5 months.
