IPL 2026 Final: RCB Defeat GT in Ahmedabad to Retain Title

The victory made RCB back-to-back IPL champions after ending their long trophy drought in 2025.

RCB captain Rajat Patidar praised the team’s bowling unit and tactical execution, while GT captain Shubman Gill admitted that a score closer to 180–190 would have made the contest more competitive.
